APPLICATION FORM AND GENERAL EXPLANATIONS
As the data subject, you have rights arising from Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). Within this scope, you have the following rights:
- To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- To request information regarding the processing of their personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether they are used in line with the intended purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred within the country or abroad,
- To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred are informed of the correction made within this scope,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data and other relevant laws, and to request that the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred are informed of the deletion or destruction made within this scope,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case of suffering damages due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
You can send us your related requests by filling out the attached form. These requests shall be finalised as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the requests, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the KVKK. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
As a personal data owner, you may submit your relevant requests in writing as stated in the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK as follows:

“Personal Data Protection Law Information Request” should be written in the subject section of the e-mail sent.
It is obligatory for the personal data owner who makes the application to indicate his/her identity documents with the application.
As stated in the first paragraph of Article 13 of the KVKK, after the other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board are announced, the Company will be further informed about these methods.
